Improving student engagement and experience-Met Film School selects ebs

Met Film School, world-leading provider of film training, has chosen Tribal’s ebs solution as their student management information system.

The school offers undergraduate, postgraduate and short courses in film, television and online media, which are accredited by University of West London.

Met Film School wanted a system that would allow for all their student information to be stored in one database, to manage their students from initial application to award. They were using multiple spreadsheets and databases to manage their student data which was creating a large amount of duplication and errors in their work.

They wanted a system that would not only meet their student data needs, but also improve the way they engaged with their students during their time at the school and as a result improve student experience.

After watching a demo of ebs, Met Film School were impressed at how the system could be easily tailored to their data needs, and could increase engagement through every stage of the student journey.
