Partnership set to revolutionise student management at the world-class university.
Tribal Group is set to help transform student services at the University of Sheffield following the award of a contract to provide the University with an integrated student management system (SMS).
The contract will see Tribal install the system for the institution, placed by the QS rankings as one of the world’s top 100 institutions, and then provide maintenance and support for at least the next five years.
The University, part of the prestigious Russell Group, is looking to improve its processes whilst providing students with a seamless service that would be available to them anytime and at their fingertips on their mobile and tablet devices.
Tribal’s SMS will help the institution support and interact with its students to deliver an outstanding student experience, from initial prospect through to graduation.

The project, due to run from May 2017 to 2020 in its implementation phase, is the latest in a line of recently signed SMS projects including the University of the Arts London and Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust.
